This statistic shows a survey on the most important issues in Sweden as perceived by it's citizens in 2016. According to 35 percent of Swedish respondents, immigration was the most important issue facing Sweden. In second place of the most important issues in Sweden was health and social security (34 percent of respondents) in 2016. The education system ranked third with 31 percent of the Swedish individuals interviewed.
