This survey displays the channels consumers used to book their most recent flight according to a survey conducted in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2015. Of respondents, 65 percent booked through an airline or holiday company website. This rose to 76 percent for those booking a flight only rather than a package. Price comparison and travel agency websites were used by only 11 percent overall.
