Advertising includes TV/radio advertising, outdoor advertising and sponsorship.

Retail monopoly (monopoly = 5 points; no monopoly = 0 points).
Statutory closing time in the on-trade (forced closing time = 10 points; arbitrary closing time = 0 points).
Drink driving limit (average EU drunk driving limit of 0.05% blood alcohol concentration = 0 points; limit at 0.02% or lower = 5 points).
