Looking at newspaper readership in Italy in 2022, individuals classed as executives, employers, and professionals were the most likely to read newspapers on a regular or semi-regular basis, with just under *** reading newspapers at least once a week and * doing so five times per week or more. Students, self-employed persons, and unemployed persons were less engaged with newspapers, whereas retired Italians ranked second in terms of the most engaged demographic based on employment or occupational status.
