This statistic shows workforce strategies that were most frequently reported as being utilized by companies to enable the construction of a future workforce equipped to deal with expected industrial change, as of July 2015. 65% of respondents reported that they were investing in reskilling current employees. In contrast, only 11% of respondents reported hiring more short-term workers in response to industrial change.
