This statistic presents parental predictions on their children's future saving behavior in Great Britain as of January 2016, depending on the child's gender. Parents of boys and girls reported a very similar pattern. Approximately 52 percent in both groups predicted that their children will most likely save their earning in the future, while 29 percent of the parents of boys and 27 percent of the parents of girls assumed their children will be spenders in the future.
