The Aegon Retirement Readiness Index measures retirement readiness on a scale of 0 to 10. Scores of 8 or higher are considered to be high retirement readiness. Scores of 6 to 7.9 are considered as medium retirement readiness, and scores of less than 6 are considered as low.
* The findings in this report are based on the responses of 14,400 employees and 1,600 retired people in 15 countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Japan, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States.
