CIU consisted of two parties: Convergència Democrà tica de Catalunya and Unió Democrà tica de Catalunya (UDC). UDC stand alone for the elections scheduled on September 27, 2015, while Convergència has joined with Junts pel SÃ, a coalition consisting of Convergència Democrà tica de Catalunya (CDC), Esquerra Republicana de Catalunya (ERC), Demòcrates de Catalunya and Moviment d'Esquerres.
Furthermore Iniciativa per Catalunya Verds (ICV), Esquerra Unida i Alternativa (EUiA), Podemos and Equo have joined to form Catalunya SÃ que es Pot.
