Luxembourg leads rail investment
Luxembourg came out on top of a list of European countries and their respective rail investment per capita. In 2023, Luxembourgish authorities spent *** euros per citizen for railway infrastructure purposes. By comparison, Germany’s rail network, had only seen *** euros per citizen invested.
