1) A head office is an operating entity which provides general management and support services (accounting, legal, management and payroll) to other operating entities within the same enterprise.
2) An enterprise may have more than one head office; however only one of them may be considered the main head office. The others are considered secondary head offices. If an enterprise has only one head office, then that head office is the main head office.
