In both the first three quarters of 2022 and 2023, PwC was the leading financial advisory firm for merger and acquisition (M&A) deals in Sweden in terms of deal volume. While PwC advised on ** deals in 2022, the number dropped to ** in the first three quarters of 2023. EY ranked second again in 2023 with ** transactions, despite the number declined by half when compared to the previous period.
