This statistic shows the share of UK consumers expecting to spend more on groceries in the United Kingdom from 4th quarter 2011 to 4th quarter 2015. According to Deloitte's consumer tracker, consumers expected their grocery spending over the next three months to increase in 2011, 2012 and 2013. In quarter 4 of 2015 however consumers planned to spend less, as the net percentage of those expecting to spend more measured minus 9 percent.
