The Arbeitsgemeinschaft Fernsehforschung (AGF) is an association of the German TV channels ARD, ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland and ZDF with the shared goal of continuously gathering quantitative data on the content of moving images in Germany.
The AGF-TV-panel is comprised of 5,640 daily reporting households (German-speaking TV panel). Therefore, the TV panel depicts the TV usage habits of 72.85 million persons aged three years and older, or 34.1 million TV households (as of January 1, 2023).
