This statistic shows the number of court cases for obstruction, waiting and parking offenses in England and Wales between 2000 and 2012 which have ended with guilty verdicts, fixed penalties and written warnings. The number of such offenses fell sharply between 2000 and 2012 by which time the number of punished offenses had decreased massively.
