By March 31, 2019, *** disabled parking permits were held by individuals who were automatically awarded a Blue Badge and required no reassessment of entitlement in the future. The number of individuals who held such badges decreased from a peak of in 2013. The total number of disabled parking badges declined in the period of consideration.
