This statistic shows the percentage share of retail stores reoccupied following company administration in the United Kingdom (UK) by property type. Since 2009 many high profile retail brands have gone into administration in the UK, with the media declaring such times as the 'death of the high street'. According to the report's analysis however, a significantly higher proportion of high street stores have been reoccupied post administration than retail parks and shopping centres.
