Audiobook consumption among Black and Hispanic Americans dropped sharply between 2018 and 2019, yet increased among White adults. During a survey, just ** percent of Black respondents and ** percent of Hispanic adults stated they had listened to at least one audiobook in the last year, marking a decrease of **** percent from the 2018 figure.
