The new public housing construction output in Great Britain grew by over six percent in 2021, after having decreased by almost a third in the previous year. In 2020, the growth rate reached -32.8 percent, which constituted the strongest drop throughout the whole timeline. These strong changes could be explained by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has had an impact on Great Britain in this period of time.
