From 2001 to 2006 this index saw a growth, followed by a significant decline, reaching the lowest value in 2009. Since 2010, the construction output index of new private housing grew until 2019. As of 2024, the output index is at 82.1, indicating a decline in growth in comparison to the 2022 index values.
