According to a recent survey, younger generations tend to support gun control more than older generations in the United States. As of April 2024, ** percent of Generation Z respondents believed controlling gun ownership was more important than protecting gun rights. On the other hand, among respondents ages 65 and older, ** percent believed protection of the Second Amendment right to bear arms was more important.
