As of October 2025, some ** percent of respondents supported more strict gun laws limiting the sale of firearms in the United States. On the other hand, ** percent of respondents believed laws should be made less strict, and ** percent believed they should be kept as they are. Since October 2011, there has been a general increase in support for greater gun control in the U.S.
