What services would the French like to find in the elevator of tomorrow?
According to this survey conducted by Ipsos, nearly half (43 percent) of the French in 2020 would like to listen to music in elevators, a little more than one-third (36 percent) would prefer to have a voice command system to make requests to the device such as closing or opening the doors, and one-third (33 percent) would like information on the weather, traffic, etc.
