Mexico state health units with SECE 2018, listed by state.
In 2018, only one quarter of the units belonging to the state health services in Mexico had electronic clinical record systems, which use information technology for recording patients' health data. However, the use of these tools was not uniform throughout the country. While certain states such as Aguascalientes and Colima had ECR systems in all their state health service units, others like Coahuila or Veracruz did not use these systems.
