The Women in Work index is compiled from the weighted average of several indices that reflect women's economic empowerment in various areas such as wage gaps, unemployment rate, or the percentage of women working full-time. In the 2022 edition, with data corresponding to 2020, New Zealand and Luxembourg led the ranking, both with at least ** out of 100 possible points.
