According to a survey conducted by Ipsos in ** countries around the world, fitness was the most popular and practiced sport among respondents on a weekly basis in 2021, with a percentage of ** percent. Completing the podium were running and cycling, both with values above ** percent. However, many still resisted exercising their bodies. No less than ** percent of respondents stated that they did not engage in any sport or physical activity during the week.
