Among students who obtained a University Technology Diploma (DUT) in 2017, ** percent of men held a managerial or intermediate professional position between ** and 30 months later, compared to only ** percent of women. This gap is also visible for graduates with a Professional Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree. However, the higher the level of the diploma, the smaller the gap between men and women.
This statistic highlights the inequalities between men and women that exist in the labor market.
