Out of 12 dimensions considered for patient safety culture in Brazilian hospitals, organizational learning and continuous improvement was identified as the most positively rated category on a 2023 survey, recognized by around ** percent of healthcare professional respondents. It was followed by the dimension including management’s expectations and actions, unit supervision, and services to ensure safety, recognized by approximately ** percent of respondents. In contrast, only ** percent of respondents indicated that there was a proper non-punitive response to errors.Â
