In 2024, Brazil had over 429,000 hospital beds, slightly up from nearly 428,000Â beds registered a year prior. Although the number of hospital beds increased in the last years, the figure declined compared to 2010, when the number of hospitalization beds amounted to more than 435,000Â in the South American country. Moreover, the number of hospitals in Brazil added up to around 7,300Â in that latest year.
