Direct care staff includes nurse practitioners, registered nurses, enrolled nurses, personal care workers, and allied health professionals. Management and administration staff include clinical care managers and workers in other management and administration roles. Other categories include Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health practitioners, diversional therapists, oral health professionals, pastoral/spiritual care workers, and other roles not defined.Â
Weighted estimates may overstate the size of the workforce where staff work for multiple providers or across different service care types.Â
