The main source of information in the system is administrative data from two sources:
the Social Insurance Institution system (data on, among other things, the professional status of graduates: employment, unemployment, salaries)
the POL-on system, i.e., the higher education information system supporting the work of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (contains information on, among other things, the education of higher education graduates).

The highest salaries are consistently offered in technical and exact sciences in Poland. In these fields, the vast majority of degree programs that lead to the highest salaries are related to computer science. Graduates of applied computer science at the Warsaw University of Technology earned nearly * zloty gross in 2024.
