With standalone (SA) 5G networks rolling out across Europe, mobile users are beginning to see noticeable improvements in average download speeds. However, the extent of these improvements varies considerably between markets. Data collected in the final quarter of 2024 shows that mobile users in Greece, for example, experienced an almost *** increase in download speeds when connected to an SA network, while other markets saw more modest gains.
