A 2024 study in the United States revealed that Millennials are the generation most likely to use services in full service restaurants that are provided by automated systems or robots in full-service restaurants. While ** percent of Millennials would have ordered food that gets prepared by automated systems, only ** percent of Baby Boomers would have done so.
