In 2023, individuals holding a high school diploma comprised the largest group in the Israeli labor force, with about 1.7 million workers. This was followed by those with a Bachelor's degree at about 1.3 million individuals. Overall, about 2.8 million workers had post-secondary education, while approximately 2.2 million workers did not complete high school. This suggests that over two-thirds of the country's labor market participants hold at least a secondary education.
