Main shops and channels for grocery shopping in Brazil 2023
A 2023 survey conducted in Brazil revealed consumers' preferred grocery shopping locations and purchasing channels. Supermarkets, hypermarket chains, and neighborhood shops were the most popular physical stores for grocery purchases, each chosen by **** out of ten respondents. For online shopping, consumers primarily favored online stores and platforms accessed through websites, while delivery platforms were the most frequently used via mobile apps.
