Supplementary notes
Previous competitions existed before 1974, with an annual French women's soccer championship taking place from 1919 until the early 1930s, when women's soccer was banned.
FC Lyon's women's team was acquired by Olympique Lyonnais in 2004, with sporting rights being transferred from the original club.
The women's teams of EA Guingamp, Paris FC, and Toulouse FC were previously known as CS Saint-Brieuc, FCF Juvisy, and Toulouse OAC, respectively.
