*On-time running (OTR) is calculated based on the first stop using only "measured" trips, which are trips that are tracked with recorded departure and arrival times. Trips that are cancelled, incomplete or untracked at the first stop are excluded from the OTR calculation. "Contract agreed exclusions", which are routes that have been agreed between Transport for NSW and operators, are excluded from the OTR calculations as well as rail replacement and special event routes.Â
**Road travel reliability measures the proportion of days where the daily average travel times were within a threshold (a five-minute variation on a typical 30-minute journey) during the combined AM and PM peak periods on 145 Greater Sydney roads.
