In contrast, Serbia was the European country with the most negative outlook on the policy, with more than * of respondents disagreeing with the policy. Serbia is widely considered to be the most pro-Russia European country, apart from Belarus, given deep cultural and religious ties. Other countries that are skeptical of military aid to Ukraine include Cyprus, North Macedonia, and Bulgaria. In these countries, less than ** of public opinion views favorably the EU's military supplies to Ukraine. On average, around ** percent of EU citizens approve this policy.
