Norway exported around billion cubic meters of natural gas in 2024. The Europipe 1 gas pipeline connecting Norwegian producers with the German consumer market was the main avenue for such exports that year. The vast majority of Norwegian gas is exported via a substantial network of pipelines crossing the North Sea. LNG (liquefied natural gas) accounts for a notably smaller export share.
