Excluding withdrawals by a spouse or relatives and cases resulting from fraudulent applications for online banking with authentication information acquired fraudulently.

In the fiscal year 2024, there were around cases of unauthorized online banking withdrawals from bank accounts of individuals in Japan. The number of fraudulent withdrawals through internet banking declined from an all-time high in the previous year. The value of illegal withdrawals increase.
