According to a survey conducted in March 2023, over half of the small businesses questioned from India, the Philippines, and Thailand responded that cost optimization was very important for their business. In Singapore, only ** percent answered accordingly. While only *** percent of respondents from India thought that cost optimization was not important at all, the share was *** percent in the Philippines and Singapore. No small business owners in Thailand thought that cost optimization was not important at all.
