The Interrail Pass is a rail pass available to European residents, widely known to those looking to go backpacking or travel across Europe on a budget. The Interrail Global Pass allows unlimited rail travel in (and between) the 33 participating countries. As of April 2025, the most expensive Interrail Global Pass for those aged 28 to 59 was the continuous three-month pass at 956 euros. In contrast, the cheapest ticket was the flexi four days in one month pass, which cost 283 euros. It is not just European residents that can benefit from this cross-country ticket: non-European residents can purchase the Eurail Global Pass, which functions in much the same way.
