According to a 2022 report, 46.7 percent of global Meta employees were underrepresented people. Overall, 6.2 percent of employees self reported as disabled, and ten percent self reported as being a member of the LBGTQ+ community. Additionally, 2.3 percent of Meta's workforce were veterans.
