In 2022, just over ** percent of home buyers in the United States said they would never buy a house that was considered haunted. This figure grew to nearly ** percent in 2023. Surprisingly, a haunted house is not necessarily a problem for a considerable share of consumers, and for some, it may be an option under certain circumstances. Even more remarkable was the roughly **** percent of surveyed U.S. respondents who said they would prefer the property to be haunted.
