Based on the survey between March and April 2025, most people in Czechia agreed that the state should strengthen legislation to protect media freedom. Approximately of the respondents were of this opinion. A share of ** percent also agreed that the EU should impose penalties or sanctions against those governments that interfere with media freedom.
