Reasons why veterans prefer to use other health care services in the U.S in 2021
In 2021, ** percent of veterans mentioned that easier access to care was the main reason they chose to use non-VA health care facilities, and another **** percent mentioned that they had an existing provider outside the VA they really liked and trusted. This statistic illustrates the various reasons veterans choose to use health care services other than those provided or paid for by VA in the U.S. in 2021.
