Of the five Nordic countries, Sweden had the highest share of women in managerial positions in 2021, reaching ** percent. On the other hand, Denmark had the lowest share of female managers during the whole period between 2010 and 2022, standing at ** percent in 2022. Overall, the rate of female managers in the Nordics grew in each country between 2021 and 2022, besides Sweden, which still has the highest proportion of female managers.
