According to a survey conducted by NeoGrowth among its customer base, over ** percent of the MSMEs in the Indian city of Pune were in need of financial support during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020. Maharashtra was one of the worst affected states during the pandemic which resulted in the increased need for financial support for MSMEs in the city of Pune and Mumbai during that time period.
