The completion rate in upper secondary education in Norway was higher among non-immigrants than immigrants and Norwegians born to immigrant parents across both general and vocational programs. Moreover, the completion rate was higher among Norwegians with immigrant parents than among immigrants. Graduation rates were also significantly higher in general programs than in vocational training.
