The largest annual revenue growth in Italy was reported in 2021, when the revenues saw an increase of nearly ** percent.

Prevalence of diabetes

There were around **** million people diagnosed with diabetes mellitus in Italy in 2022, up from **** million in 2010. Over **** million of those suffering from diabetes in 2022 were people aged 75 years and above.
