In October of 2022, Dutch citizens were worried about paying in their energy bills. Around 13 percent of respondents said they were very worried about paying their bills this year, whilst 14 percent were worried about paying next year's bills. A further 27 percent were somewhat worried about paying their energy bills this year, which would increase to 33 percent who would be somewhat worried about paying their energy bills in 2023.
